Unkai Ceremonial Barista Single-Origin Matcha
Unkai Ceremonial Barista Single-Origin Matcha is ethically sourced and harvested in the Spring after being shaded for three to four weeks. Upon ordering, it is stone-ground into a vivid, electric green powder and imported directly to Tov Tea from Kyoto, Japan. Unkai is cultivated by master blenders who ensure the flavor profile retains its purity and creates a genuinely beautiful matcha. Unkai tasting notes: honeysuckle and lemongrass with a smooth and refreshing finish. You will find this has a great aroma as well. When made with care, the resulting latte is indulgent and delicious.
Our Unkai Ceremonial Barista Single-Origin Japanese matcha powder is 100% pure and naturally packed with authentic flavors and well-known health benefits. It can be enjoyed as a matcha latte or whisked traditionally with a Chasen (bamboo whisk) in a Chawan (Japanese tea bowl) and hot water (approx. 140 to 168 ˚F).
In our commitment to sustainability and your health, Unkai is grown without any pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
Imported from Japan by Tov Tea.
